Words of Art: Lifelines - Exhibition

Monday 15 Feb – Saturday 13 March

by
Laurence Rushby

Laurence Rushby’s striking new commission, made especially for Salisbury Arts Centre, creates a lifeline linking a multitude of personal stories to the architecture of the building. Fragments of poems written by community group participants from The Kingfisher Project float in the air, celebrating the importance of art for health and wellbeing.

The Kingfisher Project us a collaborative project between Salisbury Arts Centre and Art Care.  It provides a platform for sharing and celebrating literature in health and social care settings.
