11am-11.15am Welcome / Introduction by Peter Ursem, Art Care, Salisbury Healthcare NHS Trust.

11.15am-11.45am Arts for Health Research & Evaluation: Challenges & Opportunities by Norma Daykin, Professor of Arts in Health & Judy Orme, Director Centre for Public Health Research at the University of the West of England.

11.45am-12.15pm Stories, Beauty or less Prozac. (Tales from an evaluation of an artist residence in a GP surgery). Simon Opher, GP, May Lane Surgery, Glos.

12.15pm-1.30pm Lunch & Networking/Speed dating

1.30pm-2pm Alex Coulter, Arts Co-ordinator, West Dorset General Hospitals NHS Trust.  Alex will be talking about a selection of research projects in the south west as well as the Research Ethics approval process. She will introduce break out sessions when delegates will have the opportunity to discuss approaches to evaluating Arts & Health work in small groups.
