The AHSW Showcase offered a unique opportunity to see and sample some of the exciting arts and health work that is currently happening here in the South West. In addition, AHSW celebrated with you its key achievements over the past four years and gave you a platform to influence its future vision.
Venue : Conference Centre, Somerset College of Arts and Technology, Wellington Road, Taunton, Somerset TA1 5AX
Costs: AHSW members £10 (for lunch). Non members £30 individuals, £45 organisations (includes membership of AHSW until 31st March 2010.

Writer Sue Mayfield shares poems, images and insights from an arts and health project in a Bristol psychiatric hospital earlier this year.
12.30pm-2pm Lunch / Networking and Arts & Health DVDs
12.40pm-1.15pm: Ready, steady, GO! with Penny Robbins
A workshop crammed with examples of warm up exercises to use with groups.
Groups need a chance to meet, let down barriers and share in a safe and inspiring setting – first impressions count and the way a session starts can help to set the tone for the work ahead.
1.20pm-1.55pm: 'Singing for the Brain' Julie Olsen leads a fun vocal workshop - sharing work that she does with groups affected by dementia.Lunchtime exhibitors include:
