Freelance Development Director vacancy

nesa has recently been successful in an application to Arts Council England for a project called Regenerating nesa,  a key element of which is to support the development of sustainable organisational change and income generation from increasingly diverse sources.  A fee of £12,000 is available to employ a Freelance Development Director to work closely with the organisation’s Trustees and Director on the creativity|WORKS Development Brief, between July 2010 and March 2011.

The key tasks are:

• To strategically and operationally develop the organisation’s ability to develop and deliver public services within the wellbeing agenda.
• To develop and implement the Income Generation Strategy to support organisational sustainability within a period of change
• To build and sustain productive existing and new partnerships
